I worked for the Port Authority of NY & NJ Police Department and was assigned to La Guardia Airport for most of my career.

In 2019, my wife and I chose Dover, Delaware as our new home upon my retirement. The allure of tax advantages, improved quality of life, tranquility, open spaces, and minimal traffic as well as proximity to major cities like New York City, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., and Baltimore influenced our choice. Relocating to a new area is a familiar experience for me, as I had the opportunity to go through it as a teenager when my family made the move from Kingston, Jamaica, to Brooklyn, NY.

As friends and family visited us in Dover, they were enamored with the state and expressed interest in moving here. Buying and selling three personal homes made me curious/interested in the real estate process. Tapping into my instincts to help others through my experiences and knowledge of the area, I eagerly assisted them in finding suitable homes. In doing so, I ignited my passion for real estate! This realization prompted me to explore a career in real estate.

Helping others navigate through this significant life decision resonated deeply with me, reaffirming my innate desire to support people in various aspects of their lives.

Outside of my professional pursuits, I prioritize my family. You'll often find me in the kitchen, where I feel at ease. Whether it's cooking on the stove or grilling outdoors, I thoroughly enjoy preparing meals, especially when it involves smoking various meats. Outdoor cooking and surf fishing are among my cherished hobbies, and I maintain a regular fitness routine.
