New Castle County, DE

New Castle County experienced a 9.8% decrease in the number of sold homes for the first 2 months of 2022 compared to 2021 and an 11.1% increase in the median sales price from $262,500 to $291,750. The number of homes that went under contract in the 1st two months of 2022 decreased 7.2% from 2021.

 

Kent County, DE

For the 1st two months of 2022, Kent County experienced a 6.8% decrease in the number of sold homes compared to 2021 and a 10.0% increase in the median sales price from $249,900 to $275,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the first 2 months of 2022 increased 5.8% from 2021.

Sussex County, DE

For the first 2 months of 2022, Sussex County experienced a 4.3% decrease in the number of sold homes compared to 2021 and a 23.4% increase in the median sales price from $330,000 to $407,275. The number of homes that went under contract in the 1st two months of 2022 decreased 27.6% from 2021.

Southern Chester County, PA

Southern Chester County experienced a 8.7% decrease in the number of sold homes for the first 2 months of 2022 compared to 2021 and a 20.1% increase in the median sales price from $415,085 to $498,695. The number of homes that went under contract in the 1st two months of 2022 decreased 15.1% from 2021.

Cecil County, MD

For the 1st two months of 2022, Cecil County experienced a 3.8% increase in the number of sold homes compared to 2021 and a 9.7% increase in the median sales price from $269,000 to $295,000. The number of homes that went under contract in the first 2 months of 2022 decreased 17.1% from 2021.
